Guidelines for Oral Presentations and Posters

Oral presentations

Time available: 10 minutes for the presentation, followed by 2 minutes for discussion.

Presentations should be prepared using the official conference slide template. The PowerPoint file includes both available layouts: one with a vertical logo on the side and one with a horizontal logo at the top.

Posters

Posters should be prepared in portrait format (70 × 100 cm) using the official conference template.

Each participant may submit a maximum of two abstracts as a presenting author. To ensure assessment of the abstract and inclusion in the Apicowplexa 2026 program, registration of the presenting author, including payment, must be completed.

 

Rules for submission

Please read the submission rules before submitting an abstract.

  • Abstracts must be written in English and submitted exclusively online via the conference website.
  • Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.
  • Abstracts must be prepared in accordance with the guidelines available at the website.
  • Abstract topics are available online at the website.
  • A sample abstract is available here for guidance.
  • Abstracts must be submitted by the announced deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
  • Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for either oral or poster presentation. Authors may indicate their preferred presentation format; however, the final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee.
  • The submitted version of the abstract will be considered final; no subsequent changes will be permitted.
