This will direct you to the Conftool registration platform.
You will first have to register on the platform with a username and password, then register for the meeting, including payment of early-bird or standard, and student/non-student fees, and submit your abstract as indicated. You can only submit an abstract if you paid your registration fees. Payment is possible with credit card (Master Card, Visa) only.
Concerning the pandemic situation, we will monitor the developments carefully, and registrants that are unable to travel due to COVID restrictions will be fully reimbursed.
Instructions for abstract submission:
Prior to submission, prepare your abstract:
- only the body of the text
- font Arial 10
- not more than 3000 characters (with spaces)
- save as docx-file
Go to the Conftool registration platform and:
- select “Your Submission”
- click on “Abstract”
- fill in information on author(s), organization(s), contribution details and keywords
- click on “Proceed”
- upload your file(s) and save submission
- you will be able to update your submission until the submission deadline (August 31, 2022)
For hotel reservations, the Bern Tourist Office has pre-reserved a number of hotel rooms that can be accessed under the Bern Tourist Office webpage. Please reserve your accommodation as early as possible. Deadline: August 31, 2022.
